🌿 What Is Lion’s Mane?

Lion’s mane (Hericium Erinaceus) also known as “Smart Mushroom”, is a mushroom that has been traditionally used in Asia for centuries to promote nerve regeneration and improve cognitive function. It is also being studied for its anti-inflammatory properties, antioxidant properties, and ability to improve digestion, among many other powerful benefits. Our supplement is made from pure lion’s mane extract and contains high levels of bioactive compounds like Hericystin and Erinacine which are believed to be responsible for their potential health benefits. The mushroom is characterized by its distinctive long, white, shaggy spines that resemble the mane of a lion, hence the name.

Some of our clients prefer to start their day with it, while others suggest taking it throughout the day. Before starting, make sure to observe and note your current state, and consider keeping a journal to track any changes in cognition, focus, creativity, mood, memory, or dreams. It can be helpful to log how your body and mind feel before, during, and after taking the supplement. For example, you may notice improvements in digestive issues, the appearance and tone of your skin, or feel more rested in the morning.

It’s worth noting that some clients have reported having vivid dreams while taking Lion’s Mane, this is due to the mushroom’s ability to reduce inflammation and increase serotonin levels which can cause more engaging and vivid dreams but is not disturbing.
